Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:
  • A formal refund request is submitted within 7 days of the service being delivered or started.
  • The reason for dissatisfaction is clearly communicated with relevant supporting information (if any).
  • The services were not fully delivered or failed to meet agreed deliverables.
Each refund request will be thoroughly reviewed by our team before a decision is made.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once approved, all refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise discussed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund process is initiated.

Partial Refunds

In cases where part of the service has already been delivered:
  • Aditdude reserves the right to deduct charges for services already completed.
  • Only the remaining amount for unutilized or undelivered services will be refunded.
  • Partial refunds are calculated based on the extent of services rendered.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Please note, no refunds will be issued in the following cases:
  • If the services were fully delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • If the project involved customization or one-time service fulfillment.
  • If the delay or dissatisfaction was due to lack of cooperation or incomplete inputs from the client.
  • Any third-party expenses (e.g., ad budgets, hosting fees, tool subscriptions) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in maintaining long-term relationships and resolving concerns amicably. If there’s any issue, we encourage clients to reach out to our team before initiating a refund request. We are happy to review your case and offer the best possible resolution.

Final Authority

All refund decisions are made by Aditdude’s management after reviewing the service scope, delivery status, and nature of the request. The decision of management will be final and binding.
